3. YOUR ORGANISATION'S RESTRICTION ON DOWNLOADING ZIPPED FILES.
THERE IS A WAY AROUND THIS:
Complete the form below and press the submit button.
On the next page that appears right click on the download icon
(eAMMJ) and then select "save target as".
Then save as a file without the ".zip" extension (say call it ".z_p"
for instance).
You can then rename it once it is saved on your hard drive.
4. You may have an old pdf
reader. Use an Adobe pdf reader of version 7 or above.
You can
download the latest version of Adobe's pdf reader from
www.adobe.com
Please Note The Following Conditions Apply:
1. Complimentary Subscription: If you have
a complimentary or a Maintenance Society subscription then the eAMMJ is for your personal use only.
2. Single Site Subscription: If you have subscribed for a single site subscription then the eAMMJ may be distributed
electronically or as hard copy anywhere within the single work site within which you work (applies to Aus$100 subscriptions).
3. Multiple Site Subscriptions: If you have subscribed for a multiple site subscription then the eAMMJ may be distributed
electronically or as hard copy anywhere within your company/corporation's sites worldwide
(applies to Aus$300
subscriptions).
4. Breach of copyright:
** It will be considered a breach of copyright if the eAMMJ is downloaded or reproduced in any way (as a whole or in part)
by person/s not having a current subscription of the eAMMJ, or if having a subscription uses the eAMMJ outside the limitations
placed on their subscription type.
5. Liability: Engineering Information Transfer P/L, as publishers of the
