     OCCASIONALLY AN ERROR MAY OCCUR IN DOWNLOADING THE ZIP FILE. IT APPEARS TO DOWNLOAD VERY
     QUICKLY BUT THEN FAILS TO OPEN. IF THIS HAPPENS THE SOLUTION MAY BE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING :
     1.    RETRY DOWNLOADING THE eAMMJ AT A LATER TIME.
     2.    THE WAY YOUR COMPANY'S SYSTEM IS CONFIGURED (ie restricts downloads or blocks our serve) IN
             WHICH CASE TRY A DIFFERENT COMPUTER/SYSTEM.
     3.     YOUR ORGANISATION'S RESTRICTION ON DOWNLOADING ZIPPED FILES. THERE IS A WAY AROUND THIS:
             Complete the form below and press the submit button.
             On the next page that appears right click on the download icon (eAMMJ) and then select "save target as".
             Then save as a file without the ".zip" extension (say call it ".z_p" for instance).
             You can then rename it once it is saved on your hard drive.
